Order & Shipping
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time, New York) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped.
How long is the shipping time?
Estimated shipping time is 5 to 9 days (Monday to Saturday).
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package via our tracking page.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If you still need assistance, contact our support team at contact@onexfashion.com.
My order was returned to sender. What should I do?
Orders can be returned to the sender in the following cases:
– Unclaimed package: If you missed the delivery attempt, please contact your local courier to arrange a new delivery. Keep in mind that there is often a limited number of business days to claim your package.
– Incorrect address: If an incorrect shipping address was provided, the package may be returned. We recommend contacting your local courier or post office with your tracking number to see if retrieval is still possible.
– Refused customs fees or hidden costs: This is rare, but if the courier notifies you about customs duties or other charges, please contact us at contact@onexfashion.com — we’ll gladly help resolve the situation.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this time, your order is already being processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need to cancel an order within the 15-minute window, please contact us immediately at contact@onexfashion.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
I received a defective or wrong item. What should I do?
Please email us at contact@onexfashion.com with a few photos or a short video of the item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.
Can I return my order?
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
– Items damaged due to customer actions or returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
– Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and approving your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
I haven’t received my refund yet — what now?

Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can return the product within 30 days and place a new order.
